Trade: We are happy to arrange direct consignments to bookstores, but these will generally not be returnable due to the impossible and non-cost-effective nature of the logistics. We heart bookstores and are happy to work with you to find terms that will be agreeable to everyone concerned, but we’ve been in business for 12 years because we’re comfortable with saying no to things that will cause us to lose money.
